Effectuate.Consulting was founded by Helle Lauritsen, MSc in Economics and an experienced executive with more than 20 years in the financial sector, fintech, and regulated industries.
She has served as CEO, COO, Head of Risk, and Global Compliance Officer – supporting both major banks and fintech startups in navigating regulatory requirements, establishing robust control environments, and ensuring business-aligned compliance.
Her approach is rooted in responsibility, structure, and an informal collaboration style.
